“This review is strictly for environment and customer service. Unfortunately I didn't receive any services due to my own nonsense.
I've been getting sugared or sugaring myself at home for over 15 years. I started doing it myself when the my favorite person retired. I've been in and out of several sugaring shops and even managed the front office of one for a bit. I've yet to find anywhere as wonderful as Eve and Adam.
I called to get information about pricing and products used and spoke with Sarah, the owner. I explained my particular chin hair predicament and she shared a wealth of knowledge, including suggesting a service that she didn't offer that she thought would be a better fit for me. She was willing to lose a customer over making the best suggestion possible for them. She also offered for me to pop into the shop to see if Katie thought my my old lady chin hairs were long enough yet.
Unfortunately, Katie agreed with my assessment that they likely were not and I'm not walking around with them for long enough to grow them out.
Katie was so sweet and so honest and I will definitely be back when I care about the hairiness of a different body part.
The shop is absolutely adorable, has very convenient parking, is in a really accessible location, has great air conditioning which is a highly underrated asset for a sugaring salon, and has really good space.
If their services are as wonderful as their vibe and customer service and ethics, then you are in for a good time coming here.”
