“If peak customer service had to be described by one place… It’d be this salon. This was one of the best experiences I had just from getting my hair done. I actually got a korean wavy perm last year, but never had the time to leave a thoughtful review. Nevertheless, I still want to leave my input for future customers and Jason himself. A year later, given that it’s extremely overgrown now I still surprisingly have a couple loose curls at the ends of my hair. The perm was great, looked great for a long time. The price is a reasonable investment. I have no negative criticism, in fact, it was beyond what I’d expected. I was actually having a pretty bad day, but seeing the care and thoughtfulness Jason had for his clients really touched my heart. Immediately, I was greeted warmly. There were snacks offered, and he even recommended a Kdrama for me to watch on a laptop while I was getting my perm done. If that wasnt enough, he even bought me kimbap for lunch. At the end, my dad couldn’t pick me up in time, and he offered to let me stay and continue watching while waiting even after my perm was completely done. At the end, he sent me off with leftover snacks and ice cream, and when I asked about where I should get perm creams, he told me that the salon sells some. I didn’t have enough pocket money, so I politely declined. But then, Jason gifted it to me, saying I can pay it back if I want. I definitely will, even with this being so late. One surprise after another. I haven’t been to many hair salons, but I doubt I’d even choose another. This salon was one of my many choices, and I’m glad I ended up here. So, if you need a dealbreaker, let this be it! I can’t emphasize my review enough. To Jason and his coworker, this may have just been another day, to me, this was a meaningful experience that I’ll remember deeply. Customers are people too, even though we don’t personally know each other, thank you for treating them so kindly.“

“I had such a great experience with Esther! She did my red heart tattoo, and I absolutely love it. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Her line work is clean and precise, and she paid great attention to detail. The tattoo turned out exactly how I envisioned it. “I had been looking for a true cutting specialist ever since moving from Texas to California, and I’m so grateful I found Heidi. She is incredible and genuinely the best person I’ve ever had cut my hair. She’s extremely knowledgeable, calm, patient, and really takes the time to listen. She asks questions throughout the process to make sure she understands exactly what you want and what will work best for your hair, and she always gives such valuable tips and recommendations.

She also has a lot of experience with men’s cuts, so I started bringing my husband to her as well. At the time, he was dealing with a lot of irritation and a rash-like condition across his scalp. Heidi was so thoughtful and careful with him. She explained that she didn’t want to use the clippers too close and risk irritating his scalp even more, so she did his entire haircut with scissors instead. It looked amazing. She also recommended some shampoos and other things that could help, and the condition of his scalp has improved so much since then. She’s now able to use clippers on him again and continues to do an exceptional job with both of our haircuts.

Since I started going to Heidi, I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had this many people comment on my haircut before! You can tell how much experience and knowledge she has, but what makes her even more special is how much she genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond and treats your hair with the same attention and care you would expect if it were her own.

We are so happy we found her and so grateful for her kindness, expertise, attention to detail, and all the little tips she gives us along the way. Heidi is truly 100000 out of 10!“

“Not a bad service at all! Area was clean and relaxing. My lash artist was kind, however I told her I wanted very natural lashes and showed her an inspo pic. She looked at it but I felt my lashes in the end had too much volume and fans when I wanted single lashes. They don’t look bad but it was not what I expected. I would have wanted her to fix it but I was already needing to leave for another appointment. I would recommend overall but definitely make sure your artist knows exactly what you want. Not bad pricing either! Full set was 95 which isn’t bad.
Edit: the business took time to reach out to me which I thought was very kind and meaningful. They offered to fix it for free but I was out of town. I would come back and try again!“

“Theresa is awesome! She is extremely professional and truly knows what she’s doing. I asked for a short haircut because I have very thick hair, and my scalp and neck get really hot. I showed her an old photo of myself and told her I wanted it even shorter than the picture, and she absolutely nailed it!

She added beautiful layers to the front and back, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. My hair finally has shape! She cut, washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed my hair, taking great care every step of the way. She even fixed my bangs after I had cut them myself haha!
