From the moment I walked in, I was treated like dead meat on a slab. Didn’t get to see the doctor. Just a perfunctory nurse who didn’t stop to explain, just spent about ten minutes in total, and goodbye. Impersonal, unprofessional, coarse and disrespectful. Avoid them .

My wife saw Dr. Gross in 2015 for the removal of a cancerous skin lesion. He was very thorough and his staff were very efficient. Fast forward to today. My wife and I were scheduled in this morning by the front office lady Anna. She was very accomodating. Only took 10 mins to fill out intake forms. Wife and I were taken in and seen within 15 minutes. Dr. Gross and Christen his PA, came in and started identifying problem skin areas. Then they started the biopsy procedure. The procedure was comfortable and not painful. Danna the MA was exceptional. We were in and out of the office in about an hour. We experienced the same excellent service and professionalism that my wife had years ago. As a provider myself, I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his wonderful staff in Hesperia.

Dr Gross are you oblivious to these reviews???? Your staff is horrible I'm not even considering being a patient of yours now just by trying to book appt. It's almost like they're proud of their attitudes. Called to make appt on my Drs recommendation and just short answered, cut off when talking just plain out not the way to handle business if you're trying to gain new patients you should considered new office mgr. I also understand finding good help is just about impossible these days nobody gives a "F" anymore!!

I'm sitting here contemplating making an appointment with Dr. Gross per my primary doctors recommendation. I have read the reviews. Tne front desk attitude is extremely important to me. It sets the tone for the whole office visit. After reading the reviews I have decided that I would rather suffer with my painful skin condition than to ever be seen by a doctor that allows his staff to be so rude. Thank you to all who have contributed their experience with Dr. Gross so that others can be forewarned!

Literally blown away and disgusted. I just called to try to make an appointment for a skin check. Right off the bat the receptionist the rudest person I have ever spoken to in a medical office. It was so incredibly rude- I did not want to spend another second on the phone. I just said thank you and hung up. I will not go to this office because of such poor treatment. Do not waste your time with this office. I can’t speak for the doctor himself but as for the people that work for him I can genuinely say it was not a pleasant experience.

I'm giving only one star because I've been calling for a week and no one answers the phone. I am a new patient and I have been trying to make an appointment. This is very frustrating I call about 10 times every day and no answer.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all his representative by the name blanca needs an attitude check and also know that’s she not a physician save your time from going here and find better service else where
