Kaiser has the worst urgent cares. I have yet been to one that actually sees a patients less than 3 hours. Nurse have no personalities. Dr. As less enthusiastic.

There is something wrong with this urgent care first I went cause I got headache the whole week and they gave a shot and it doesn’t work I still having the headache and end up I went all the way to Riverside and they gave me the right medication and this is the second time I took my daughter she having a dizzy and tickling feeling on her fingers and losing her appetite and end up the doctor told her to go and get a stool softener and end up we went to a different hospital we don’t care about the charge but as long we find out what is going on with my daughter after my daughter explain to the doctor what wrong with her they automatic took her for couple test and gave her a blood transfusion now my daughter feel so much better thank you Barstow Community Hospital you’re the best and Kaiser need to pay more attention on patient especially the doctors not just come and make money and leave.

You are better off at Kaiser. DO NOT waste your time. And absolutely no ventilation or air flow in their waiting area. Water system needs a new filter.

Went in @10am and it was a lot of lab work and my appointment was a bit longer per my visit reason yet everyone from checking in, to the lab work to the doctor office up and down everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience overall :).

Trash place the lady in the front desk told me they are full that I should go to the er like that’s ridiculous i pay for insurance here last time they didnt want to help either and it’s the same lady I don’t know if she has something against me or what but kaiser this is not ok I pay for my health insurance it’s not free

Got there right at 9am with severe bronchitis….in and out with X-rays and meds by 10:45. Some days I have waited much longer. Not a perfect system considering this is the only Kaiser urgent care for the Victor valley. Staff, nurses and Dr were kind and patient. Not their fault it’s this way so try to keep that in mind. Try going to work everyday knowing you will be yelled at for things that you have no control over.

Was expecting a long wait and apathy but instead was seen to promptly and greeted with a smile. My concerns were addressed and in the case of one accommodated. Prior to leaving my prescription was promptly filled. All in all it was pleasant.

Urgent care being opened at 9 am is a joke. People have sick kids and work. Who Wants to go to urgent care at 9 am. If you woke up sick you wanna go when you wake up. But you open at banking hours.
