I went to my cousin to have his blood work done. They were fast, very friendly, helpful and professional. Every visit is always a great experience. Thank you to all the Kaiser employees at this location
We went to urgent care. The service speed was excellent at every level. We had results and were called in for each exam and step in the process in what felt like no more than 10 mins waiting. Thank you staff for being kind
They need to add better Urgent Care hours since they failed to build an ER to service ALL of the High Desert and Barstow. 9am doesn't cut it, waits are long, lines for the pharmacy are long, it's almost beneficial to drive down the hill and get better faster service! But when you need Urgent Care; how safe is it to really drive 40 miles to Urgent Care... this is not patient centered care at it's finest! We need better services
