To the African American female pharmacist who denied my emergency refill for an asthma inhaler, ridiculous. Had asthma my whole life and am in need of it because I am going on vacation and could not find it. They are allowed to issue an emergency fill. She uses her intern to tell me no without any reasonable explanation. Maybe come and talk to me personally as a pharmacist telling me why you cant refill an inhaler, it's not any pain prescription or controlled meds. Their recommendation was to go to urgent care to get the inhaler, DOES THAT MAKE ANY DAMN SENSE? Yeah let me just wait 4 hours to see the doctor to tell them I have asthma and need an inhaler medication to be filled. Let's just waste everyone's time.

I dont know what's going on with this facility lately but he wait time for urgent care is outrageous. There was only 11 people checked in for urgent care and it took over 2.5 hours to be seen. Truly disappointing...
Update: Turns out the PA went to lunch minutes before I asked the urgent care nurse for an update on when I'd be seen. She said they'll be back in 1hr and then I'll be seen after.
