“When I went on this day, the nurse signed me in and then I signed the clipboard: she was professional, had a friendly disposition, and had a good vibe. The guy who did my x-ray on my knees was a funny guy. Even though it's a doctor's office, he made it feel less scary if you will, and he also had a friendly disposition. The doctor is cool, he's quick to what you're there for, he listens, and he tells you what is going to happen while you're there. Once he's gone out of the room, you don't see him anymore; I guess unless you have a question for him, which I didn't. Yes, it's a doctor's office but the vibe is not scary inside.“
