My first visit and my appointment was at 11:30 it’s now 12:36 still waiting to get called. I wasn’t told that I needed cash because they don’t take cards. So I had to leave and go to the bank then come back. I was told they would hold my place and call me in as soon as I got back but they haven’t. I’ll go back to my other pain management as soon as I change my insurance

Dr..Nikan Khabiti is so caring, loving, shows no color lines and very professional. I took my sister here for treatment 5yesrs ago. She is still active here. Only problem is it's hard to get a live person over the phone, however once you're there in person, you receive love and care and prompt service.

OK, I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I’ve left a couple reviews myself, but I will say I have been coming To Dr. Khatibi Since they opened their office in the high desert, he is a wonderful doctor and so are his students. I have never had an issue with them nor have I had an issue with the front staff. People need to understand they have a lot of patience so they have to deal with a lot. I mean They have had patience that were there just for medicine and because of addiction and when these patients don’t get what they want, they argue and fight and take it out on the Receptionist and that’s not right that’s why I say they go through a lot.
