I met Ken several years ago as a referral from the Dave Ramsey’s ELP program and he came to my house in Silver Lakes – Helendale and talked to me about the options for selling my home. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable about the process…However I did not sell my home at that time…A few years later I had questions about selling and possibly refinancing my home…and I reached out again to Ken. Ken again gave me options and even recommended a couple of lenders to talk to in order to gain a full perspective of the do’s and don’ts of refinancing my home…I decided to refinance. Fast forward to this year and after meeting the man of my dreams and getting married I was faced with options of selling or renting. I again called Ken and decided to sell.
