I have only seen Dr. Castillo since I have been going to this dental office and he was literally born to be a dentist. He is very calm, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you are comfortable. I feel terrible that I don’t know the names of the dental assistants, but also 10/10 for them. They always have the best energy which helps me not be so nervous and they also are very relaxed and explain everything they are going to do.

They are the most wonderful staff, technicians, and dentists is the whole area! I have had multiple bad experiences at other offices, but they have helped me get my teeth healthy again. It has taken years, but now I’m regularly going for my cleanings and check ups. I am so grateful for they kindness and gentleness. I no longer have panic attacks when I have to visit the dentist.
Recently, because of personal tragedy, I missed appointments. When I was next available, Melissa and Alex (to name a few) ensured that my availability was worked around to make sure that my needs were met. For that I am grateful; and their work ethic goes far beyond expectations.
The entire staff are friendly to everyone encountered, their caring is so evident. The dentist takes the time to explain the procedure as well as the entire process before even starting to work. Assistants are right there performing their work automatically.
