The owner sold me and other friends of mine faulty 3D art brushes that were $10 each ("discounted price"). After not even 30 minutes of using this brush all of the bristles started straying out and the brush completely lost its shape. When we called and told her about it she said she would not give us a refund and claimed it was our fault bc "we probably used the brush wrong" which we definitely didn't as we are all familiar with 3D art. terrible customer service.
The worst customer service!!!! First off they don't greet you, second they act like they don't want to help you, and if you're looking at their supplies, they keep asking you if that's it! I try to do a return and she I need to have the receipt. However, I bought from there twice and those 2 times I was never given a receipt. Definitely will not come here again!!!
