Very professional. Quick response. Flexible hours. I work from home and I thought the machine would be too loud and it was not. They cleaned my 5 year old sofas and I was surprised to see the dirt that came out. I pride myself in keeping my house clean and not allowing anyone to eat on them. So, yes I was surprised. I assumed I would not be able to sit on them for a day or so but they were dry within the hour. They look and smell fresh. I wish I would have taken before pictures of our carpet and chairs before hand. However, that dpes not take away from the quality of service we received. I highly recommend them. They have a new customer.
