I can't even really rate any of the drs here because I ended up leaving before my appointment. I had a 3:00 appointment and got a call at 11:45 same day asking if I could come in earlier like 12:45. I told them I could get there by 1pm. I showed up at 12:48 and filled out my paperwork. The office was packed and there was no AC running ( on a 102° day!) I finally asked if I could just wait in my car since I wasn't feeling good due to the heat. They said sure and would call me when it was my turn. I finally went in at 2:10 and was told I would be coming up next but no time of when. I asked why they called me in 2 hours early only to have me wait an hour an 15... read full review

Too bad doctor Tran retired. I was referred to him & I hear he was a wonderful doctor. The younger Dr. who I saw is horrible. He doesn't have enough time for you. Makes you feel like your questions aren't important. He acts like you're beneath him. The only good thing is he did catch a spot & removed it. When I came in to get my stitches out, the girls were wonderful but when I asked about a spot & if he could take a quick look at it, he told the nurse we'll look at it next time I come in, which is in 6 months. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the girls & nurses in the office are wonderful.

Horrible. I've been here previously and had a plan of action with the previous PA - Summer Nguyen, well I show up today and I get Richard Le, he didn't even look at my face and said well summer is just a PA and she no longer here so here is your prescription be patient. BE PATIENT? I was previously told that I would be a steroid shot on my jaw cystic acne, and he said no I don't do that. Go to a cosmetology place and get lacer or something is you are that worried about it. I've had this thing on my face for 10 years and he wants to tell me to be patient lol. This guys is seriously a joke and Dr. Tran should really reevaluate the people he is bringing... read full review
