Receptionist was very sweet and polite. I was attended as soon as I stepped in. The optometrist did an amazing job making me feel heard and seen. Outstanding customer service. Variety of selections for glasses as well.
I called last Thursday was able to get my daughter an appointment for today Monday. Receptionist was very nice and friendly only waited about 10 minutes. The Dr was nice and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely recommend coming here.
I am very satisfied with the staff and especially Dr. Situ. They were all very helpful and professional. I did not have an appointment but they were able to do my eye exam that same day. They had all the current testing equipment as in larger offices. They also had a good selection of frames. All in all the experience at Dr. Situ's office was exceptional.
