The services was good but they told me my next appt was a certain time and I just so happen to check that appt and they changed my time without telling me. When I called the receptionist she was rude about my complaint.

The place is definitely money hungry . Will suggest the most expensive treatment as “best” treatment option( definitely get a second opinion) . On top of that The provider seemed to always be in a rush and was unnecessarily rough . Even him running dental floss hurt ( and I do floss on the daily). His assistant ended up running the floss with a much more gentle touch, proving to me he was using unnecessary force and carelessly working in my mouth. I honestly believe he did not have my natural teeth’s best interest in mind and doesn’t believe in keeping healthy natural teeth in the mouth as long as possible. I would definitely consider treatment with them and I personally will not be going back to them.

I came here in March for a check up. Wanted to make sure my sensitive gums were okay, and to check on the work done by my previous dentist. They said i needed a root canal even though i had no pain. They convinced me to do it even though my insurance wasn't active and said they'd reimburse me once the claim goes through. Never did they mention my crown was an entirely separate charge. Paid over $2000 for my entire procedure. During my root canal the end specialist hurt me so bad that i had sores all over my mouth and gums for two weeks. My jaw was so sore i now have tmj. Had so many problems trying to get in contact with the manager Veronica. She would tell me one thing, and Denise would tell me another thing. Everytime i call for my refund the manager wasn't available as she only works from 11-3. My insurance sent me an invoice and they notified me that i was to receive a refund of over $800 but Veronica only refunded me $600. Been trying to contact her and everytime i call i can't reach her. Very unprofessional business and i recommend anyone that is looking to not spend unnecessary money to find somewhere else. I cannot wait to find a dental office who does not cause me issues.

Sylvia the hygienist is fantastic at explaining the overall health of your mouth before any cleaning. Dr. Nashaat is very detailed at monitoring the condition of the teeth from checkup to checkup with images taken at every appointment.

Brought my parents for treatment today. I am extremely grateful to the whole dental team. From check-in to checkout. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring. The young lady, Veronica, who helped explain my mom's dental plan, was so patient and extremely helpful. She explained in detail my mom's different dental options and helped my mom decide on a plan that she was comfortable with. My experience here with my parents was so incredibly great that I will be switching over my own personal dentist and coming here. You can see that the staff loves what they do and they care about their patients. Thank you Veronica for your kindness, patience and for being a great human.
