Dr. David Hernandez, MD provides excellent care in a very clean and caring environment. He is a very amazing and attentive doctor who talks in understandable words, truly cares for his patients, and makes them feel comfortable. His staff is very nice, helpful, respectful, and cool. The clinic is highly recommended as the best for attention and care, offering a great experience for patients and their families in the High Desert and Southern California area.
The big problem with Dr visits appointments. Communication the employees for these offices need to communicate in a professional manner everyday not just on Monday the next business day or following week pay more attention to patient needs they give referrals expire within a month oh no back to ur primary get another referral wait another month do labs again ect..bullshit..that's how Dr offices get paid it's bull..
Dr Hernandez is a very amazing doctor he talks to you in words you can understand and actually cares for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you have to say.his staff is very nice and respectful aswell
Great experience at Dr.Hernandez great caring environment for my grandma, also felt very clean . Very helpful staff as and thank you to the front receptionist (Jackie) helped with questions I had. Would recommend to anybody in the high desert !
