“As A Army Veteran I would like to express my great gratitude and respect To Martin, and the reception desk, my issue was that I was picking up a heavy load from northern Las Vegas (cardboard) and it was hot outside and climbing up the hill one of the rubber bands circulating the water from the coolant teared, I called a mobile mechanic and he gave me martins number (God Bless Oscar). As soon as I called Martin over the phone he picked up immediately and he spoke to me as a HUMAN not as a dollar sign to upsell me in his words (Sam I don’t want to sell you anything that you don’t need because with today’s day and market everything is expensive (and as an owner operator it’s hard to keep going when everything is very expensive. Martin said it could be as simple as a sensor then something really expensive and he was right (I have a paccar motor (kenworth 2021 t680) so I know a lot of people don’t really like working on them but if your in the area or have a breakdown tow it here !!!! You’ll be in and out within a day. I got a tow here last night they opened at 8:30 and by 10:30 Martin himself made the truck running I wasn’t tracking the amount of time worked on the truck but Martin worked delivering everything he spoke about over the phone. Very knowledgeable very respectable and operating on integrity! If you work hard for your money owner operator or business owners for major freight bring your money here if you want to keep rolling and making money at a timely manner! God bless this place (this place took me in faster than rush ) and didn’t upsell me. God bless him”
