Our agent, Shannon Murphy, was the best real estate agent I think I have ever dealt with. She was not only professional, easy to reach and get ahold of, explained things concisely and simply but she went above and beyond. I honestly think she should have gotten the commission on both ends, as she did all the work! She stayed in touch with us after the close of escrows just to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and if we had any questions. We had a very complicated escrow involving two different parcels of property. Thank you Shannon Murphy for your exemplary professionalism!

I was nervous based on the reviews to stop in but they are close to my home. When I walked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, but my questions were about my moms house and needed a managers assistance. She immediately came out and helped me, navigate through the process of who I needed to call , and what steps I needed to take to start this process of what is a very troubling time for myself and my family. This place was 5 stars for sure . What I like most is they have the knowledge you would expect from a big company but the warmth you dont see these days from a hometown business. . I wish there were more businesses that still took pride in the people and made people feel this welcome the way that century 21 helped me.. --- D.Wells

Extremely unprofessional and rude property manager named Dusty. You don't laugh and snicker at a customer making a reasonable request. Would not recommend this individual for property management or any kind of customer service. Very condescending attitude.

It started out great with our real estate agent until he left Century21. Then for 4 months their was little communication or input. Didnt even know who our knew agent was for awhile. We had about 4 open houses, some of them were not even advertised. No offers after 6 months. I think they gave up on us. Did not give us any input as to what we could of done. Would not go with them again. They were very nice , no rudeness at all.

Company was just Recently sold and merged with Century 21 Desert Rock of Hesperia. I research to death any company before I use them. Century21desertrock was sold a few years ago to MICHAEL & ANGELA KNIGHT, OWNERS. If you enter "BEST REALTOR" in most of the cities surrounding Hesperia, up pops the yelp rating for #1 ANGELA KNIGHT. They have high standards and that is reflected in their ratings, wherever ratings are posted. google, yelp,real satisfied. I had Angela handle sales for me in GrandTerrace, Corona, and Tucson. All smooth and she handled them expertly. Thank you.

Can’t believe don Jenson, what a terrible person only out for money! Don’t ever use century 21 rose, I will Make sure to tell everyone what a terrible place this is, you don’t wrong people when it comes to someone’s home that’s not a little thing! Grow up don!

Do not use Century 21 Rose! The owner Don Jensen hung up on me, his client. He is refusing to cancel a contract. Losing his best performing agent is undoubtedly very hard. But Mr. Jensen needs to do the right thing. He will not negotiate with his former agent and clients! After Don Jensen's treatment of myself, and the other clients as well, we demand unconditional release from contracts with this business!
