The maintenance service that we received today from Andrew A. was very exceptional. He was very knowledgeable with the products and informative of what options we might consider for future protection of our unit! He represents Ace Home Heating & Air Conditioning in a very professional manner which the company can be proud of. We plan to make sure to rely on him with any upgrades or changes needed to our unit in the future. Definitely 5 Star service and just wanted him to be recognized for it. Thank You!!!!
Our AC system went out on July 4th—during the peak of the holiday heat—and Ace Home Heating & AC came through when we really needed help. Michael, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. After another company gave us a steep quote for a major repair, Michael took the time to properly diagnose the issue and determined it was actually a faulty transformer. He fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the cost.
