“I was able to book a last minute induction massage here by contacting the business and being placed on a waiting list in case something opened up. Although it's quite a drive for me coming from the valley, and the massage itself was fairly expensive I think it was worth it. I got Michelle and it felt clear that she was well trained and the massage was really therapeutic. It did not induce labor for me but did cause some Braxton hicks contractions and the baby did move a lot causing some temporary round ligament pain. If you're going for a massage as always and especially if you're pregnant, get very hydrated before and after! Also something to note about the induction massage is it isn't a typical massage that includes oil, it is a dry massage which I think some might be surprised by.“

My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it.
