I deal with many delivery companies in my industry and it's been a long time since I've had such a great experience. Between the dispatcher who called ahead of time, 3 way called the driver to get exact directions (best for everyone), and both her knowledge and pleasant disposition I was thrilled. The driver/delivery, was nice, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I don't leave many reviews but this was the exception.

I wish to commend three wonderful workers at Hercules Freight, Savannah, Veronica, and Maribel. We had ordered two vanities for our bathroom remodeling project. After ordering the vanities from Costco, our contractor informed us that the vanities would not work in our project. We called Costco and explained the situation. Costco customer service said the vanities had already been scheduled for delivery and when the delivery company calls us, we should refuse delivery.

Santos helped us with a deliver a vanity to our difficult to access home. He was professional, friendly, and handled our vanity with ease. He is by far the best delivery man we have ever had even though the truck was a little large for our narrow street. I would recommend Hercules because of my experience with Santos.
