I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I received a quote from them yesterday for an aluminum project, which I based on to provide an estimate for my customer. However, today I received an entirely different quote from them without any explanation or apology for the change.

When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the mistake, she blamed me for using the original quote to base my customer estimate, which was based on their own initial pricing.

Very unprofessional people working for the company. Also orders are always late and they do not have scheduling to take care customers desired time delivery. Do not use this company.

I love this place to the fullest I love everybody that works there they are very friendly and nice they make me feel like if I was family their prices are awesome and customer service is the best I highly recommend this place a special shout out to June Chris Ariel and Stefan you guys are the best you guys need to come out and buy your product from them they have everything you need
