I went to Concours Motors because my VW Jetta did not pass the smog inspection . I am mute due to recent throat cancer. I had to write everything down to communicate what was wrong. I had no way home, so Rene himself drove me home!! They were SO incredibly kind and paitent. They did a complete diagnostic and quickly found the problem. Not only did I have my car back in a jiffy, they also conducted the SMOG TEST so I wouldn't have to go back and try again. It passed with flying colors. Everyone there was so amazing. Had my 2009 VW Touareg picked up from VW and towed in to Concours Motors after spending $1,300 on a new ignition switch and then said they needed to replace the steering column and the new ignition switch did not fix the problem. This was an additional $2k. Concourse determined the car needed a new battery. Thank You Concours Motors.
