The wait time is continuously bad. They make the appointment for 10am, and I don’t get called in until 1045, then sitting while the assistant sets up the equipment and then still storing here at 11am with nobody around. The patients have schedules as well, and most of us work. Taking time off for appointments that keep increasing in their times to be seen is very disappointing and unprofessional.
Not happy with service.
I’ve been coming to Western Dental & Orthodontics for many years, and my experiences have been a bit mixed over time. In the past there have been some long waits, which I know other patients have mentioned as well.
That said, I want to give credit where it’s due — my dentist, Dr. Aparna Puvvula, has done a really excellent job for me over the last few years.
At my appointment today, I came in because I had a small bump on my gumline near my back lower left tooth that had been bothering me for a while. The people here are very nice and knowledgeable but the place needs a lot of work. Plaster is literally falling off the walls and bathroom is usually a mess. Replace waiting room chairs. Repair walls and give it a good paint job. This is a dentist office there is higher standards expected.
