Arlien Plat went out of her way to help. I had purchased Simonton windows from a place that is no longer in business. I needed assistance on a warranty issue. I had purchased the windows prior to orders being kept online. With the limited information I gave her she was able to assist me in getting the order number and my warranty issues resolved. She had spent lot of time on helping me and I would recommend both Simonton and this business.
