I love this Vons. The Deli Department is amazing. Every time I order something it is on time and delicious. The pin wheels and Ribs are fantastic. David, Frank and Jose did my order today and was so accommodating to me. The manager had also been great but unfortunately, I forgot his name. I would highly recommend the deli to everyone, and I thank them for the service I receive. Mary

When it comes to curbside these folks are fantastic. I hope management continues to encourage them and be good leaders so that we all benefit. Otherwise this rating will become zero and this one post will become 20.

GETTING HERE: This is the Vons located in the center across from Buena High School on Telegraph and Victoria. It's located directly next door to the lone Hallmark (left) there's Burger King, Starb, Subway, McD's, etc. all just a hop, skip and a jump from here. REVIEW: Oh my goodness! My absolute new favorite Vons in the VC. :) I mean, there's a Vons on every corner in Ventura, right? But this one seems different. It's lighter, cleaner, brighter, more open. Is it a new thing that I've just now noticed? Did you know that on each aisle in the store also has a Ventura street name? I love that. Really. Love. That Ventura touch. Even post shutdown, their grocery aisles are stocked with items. Full, stocked shelves is such a reassurance to me. It makes me feel some semblance of healing and peace. The staff has been friendly and open to helping me find items (as I don't yet have this location down pat). Sometimes, businesses do give me hope that Customer Service isn't a dying art. Fingers crossed. I really do like this Vons. Would recommend it and there are so many stores around that you could get all your errands done here. Thanks Vons! Keep up the great work.
