What a wonderful and caring staff at this office! I was treated in minutes upon arrival on a Saturday even as my wife was filling out the paperwork. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Stortz is excellent! I could hardly tell when she was working on my hand. Then when I had a follow up question a few days later, I got to talk to someone immediately. No multi-level answering program to navigate.
Loved this place, it's the first Urgent Care I've been to, since moving to Ventura. I went in for Physical and TB test for a new job. All the staff were very nice and friendly. Along with being very efficient and professional. I was there for 2 hours which was pretty good for an Urgent Care. I definitely will go there again if needed.
Julie and Susan were excellent, professional yet friendly and caring. Surprisingly for an urgent care visit, was quicker than expected. Took my daughter for a nagging cough, throat and stomach ache and although routine, I am thankful for a pleasant experience.
