James (my primary contact) at Leading Tax Group has been sensitive and understanding regarding my unique case. I ask a lot of questions, and can be a little long winded. Needless to say, I called and emailed James quite a few times. Each time I did, he was quickly responsive and stayed on the phone until I was fully comfortable moving forward. I came to Leading Tax Group so that they can take care of my FTB audit. What got my attention was when I called and they answered within the first ring, I remember thinking holy crap they answered that really quick. I was planing on searching for other tax attorneys while feeling out Leading Tax Group to see if I would go with them. After calling them I didn't even bother calling anywhere else.
