I was diagnosed with Spondylosthesis and severe narrowing of the neural foramen at L5-S1 after a minor car accident in February of 2023. The accident left me with intense burning, numbness, and tingling in my lower back, buttocks, and both my right and left feet and ankles.Following my doctor's recommendation, I underwent physical therapy (PT) for a couple of months, which improved my condition by about 25%. However, when I stopped seeing further improvement from PT, I decided to try acupuncture for a couple of months.
