Elayssa is an absolute delight! She has created such an oasis. She is genuine and calming. She also really took the time to understand my skin and concerns - no run of the mill facial here. She was very generous with her time and answered all of my questions. She was very mindful - catering to my skins needs, explaining my options and allowing me to choose the treatments I was most comfortable with. I highly recommend her!

Ok. I cannot say enough good things about my facial with Elyassa and my time spent at Ventura Skin care. I hadn't had a facial in awhile and I recently have been having trouble with adult acne. I have had facials in the past year from places I randomly found on Groupon and they always felt like just an extra washing on my face. I was really looking for something more clinical. Elayssa did just that. We went over what products I use and what ingredients to look for and to avoid, she gave me tips to use nutrition to help make my skin healthier, and really took a good amount of time to get to know my skin and what I am hoping to achieve in my skin health. Elayssa is absolutely wonderful! I had many questions throughout my facial, and every one was answered with such clarity and patience. Despite the fact that she's probably received similar questions on a daily basis for quite a long time, she answered each one patiently and always came up with a way of explaining things so I'd understand them. I've got really sensitive skin and Elayssa accommodated this beautifully. She did little test dabs of different products on my skin as we went through the facial to be certain she was using the right product for my finicky skin (thank you!!).
