Incredibly rude team that works there. They were not helpful and immediately hung up on me when I asked basic questions on coverages, general costs and services available both through direct insurance and through self-payment. Terrible service and a staff that was borderline offensive when I called. No way. Avoid this business.

Dr. Alavi has been my ear doctor for more than 10 years. Yesterday's appointment was the best! He has been routinely clearing out my ear since he did surgery on a cholesteatoma in 2012. Yesterday I saw for the first time exactly what he was doing via a magnifying color video monitor that I could see on his wall. It was amazing to see his careful work. After having to imagine it for the last 11 years while only feeling it, I could actually see what he was doing and ask questions about what I was seeing. It was amazing! Thank you, Dr. Alavi, for always giving me kind, professional treatment and answering all my questions. This new monitor is awesome!
