I recently had my AC Unit reinstalled after my backyard pavers were completed, but there was a huge time gap between the two. The disconnection happened about two months ago and it took a bit to get my backyard pavers project going/completed. However, VACCO was incredibly quick with getting my AC unit reinstalled even with the long delay between the two. Both teams (led by Jamie and Kimo) were incredibly professional. I had no issues with them whatsoever. They answered all questions, were quick to respond and coordinate meet/work times, and were open, honest, and respectful with all interactions, questions, and information. I had a change order since moving my AC unit would have put my home/unit out of City regulations, and that interaction was open and respectful from the get go. They didn't just give me what I want, knowing that it would be wrong, but were honest and looking to the best interest of the customer. Hands down would recommend the company and same work crews for any AC unit work to anyone in Ventura county!
