I was there to rent uhaul truck. Picked up the truck and had NO instructions. I asked if he had something longer to help pull the back door down... he laughed, said no and suggested I jump. (I'm SWF over 60) I wasn't amused. Before he closed I was polite enough to call him to let him know I was running slower than expected. I said I may have to pay for another day, but let's hope not. I was an hour late dropping off and the guy was unwilling to help us out. 2 days rental for an extra 50+ minutes... ridiculous Corp BS or just really bad customer service.There was a lot of equipment for rent but I doubt he'd provide much assistance unless he knew you or you're maybe a...read full review

5 Star all the way. I was in a pinch and needed 2 more yards of road base and 4 more yards of decomposed granite plus a trailer to haul it with. I called U Rent in Saticoy and talked to Jim. He had everything I needed and was super helpful in getting me loaded up and back on the job. Service with a smile and a helping hand. I don't know that you can ask for more than that. I accidentally flooded my house. I needed some equipment to help dry the hardwood floors. They were ready to help me rent the equipment I needed and make sure I knew how to use it. Their prices were fair and the service was exceptional. My floors were fine and the equipment was easy to use and easy and quick to return. I would go back if I needed to rent equipment they offer.
