They have earned a higher review and I appreciate their work and time spent to help ensure I had a great experience and am satisfied. My initial appointment didn’t go very well, but Jackie reached out to me and sent another technician. Angel was great, and more thorough. The pricing was still quite high but they worked with me to make things right and get my issues resolved timely and I am grateful for their support and service. I’ll update review after a few weeks to ensure all is working well after my followup appointment yesterday.
Hello. I live in Ojai. I called Tri-county Services after my former air conditioning company could not help me for two weeks, they said, after their unit of 15 years failed. I passed on them. Tri-county sent one of their service technicians (Martin) who was very helpful…and extremely knowledgeable. His communication skills and customer relating-ability rates 10 with 10 being outstanding. Two of my adult children got involved in deciding whether to replace the old unit through a 3 way phone conversation which Martin handled very well. His experience and skill led to a well thought through decision to replace with a new Heat Pump package system. I am very pleased.... read full review
Angel was great. Called late Saturday with a broken ac and he arrived fast and fixed the problem faster. Tried calling a bunch of other companies before and Tricountry services were the most professional and fair pricing.
