I have been working with TriCounty for a couple years now for my home and business. They are always so courteous and super friendly and helpful. Recently they installed a 2 head mini-split and one of the units was missing a part from the factory, they were very quick to diagnose the problem and get the part coming, with 2 days my new system was up and running perfectly. From the office staff to the installers, they were awesome and I would highly recommend them.
I am very pleased with service given by Tri County Services. They are professional and knowledgeable. I had problems with my A/C split system in couple of occasions which was handled by Martin and Jorge in two different times. The first time with the condenser and the second time with the inside handlers which was leaking. In both occasions they came through on time and went out of their way to make sure the split systems (two) are working fine. Thank you and I highly recommend their services.
I have a hydronic boiler for my radiant heat in my home and when I called TriCounty they said they could absolutely help me. The customer service from the start was excellent! Art and Giovanni showed up and said they could fix my boiler and I couldn’t believe it! They explained exactly what was wrong and fixed my very old boiler. I never thought it possible as no other company works on boilers in Ventura County. I love this company! They are honest , thorough and reasonably priced. Thank you Jennifer, Art, Giovanni!!
