We have an account with TERMINIX for three homes and have been a customer for many years. When I called the office to schedule a service tech to come out ASAP because we were experiencing an “ant invasion” and I was informed that it was going to be a week before someone could come out. However, when I reached out to our service tech, he was able to make time and scheduled us for the next day! We are very thankful for our service tech, Michael Rose, who always goes the extra mile for us and really cares. Thank you Terminix!
Great guy, Michael Rose. He was very friendly, professional and did a great job inspecting, spraying, and cleaning areas around the perimeter of our house. We appreciate his help from Teminix. The pest techs are great! Ivan initially signed us up and was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to sign up for service on both of our office buildings! Jason has continued to show us good service and is very friendly. Would definitely recommend to other businesses here in Ventura !
