Rudy and Kevin are terrific! We had a rat problem in our house and after trying and failing to get ride of the rats ourselves, I called Spearhead after a friend made a recommendation of Rudy. I called Rudy on Friday and he and Kevin came out on Monday. So fast. They were able to diagnose where the rats were coming from, where they were living, and how to get ride of them. I didn't end up seeing a single rat after they came and did their thing. Thank goodness because having to deal with a rat in a trap is not my favorite thing to do.
