Not one to review, but definitely want to help others avoid what I have been dealing with, my Ex husband and I wanted help with processing our divorce. It was supposed to be a simple and straightforward process as it was completely uncontested with no children or property/ assets to be dealt with. We have both tried to get records or documents of our divorce as we began this process over 7 months ago and Diana has given us the run around. Today I contacted an attorney so see what they would advise and if they could help us find court records of our divorce being filed. We found out that although Diana has collected all payment months ago and even charged us the court filing fees nothing has been filed on our behalf and we would have to start from square one to get our divorce processed. Please save yourself time and money and do not process your divorce with Diana or Source documents. If I could I would give 0 stars Update: as if this matter hasn't been bad enough to begin with upon further investigation with the court's clerks office we not only found out Diana was untruthful about the whole process of filling our divorce, she also failed to mention to us that since we were members of the armed forces we are exempt from the court filling fees and charged us fees on behalf of the court that were never paid to the court.
Diane prepared the documents for our revocable trust. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process, including what we needed to do after establishing the trust. We would definitely recommend Diane to anybody looking to get their estate plans in legal order.
