My hair dresser Kelly has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now and this time was the last straw . I have naturally strawberry blonde hair and wanted some copper highlights and a little red but when she was done with me my hair was like a red Hot Cheeto . I looked like bozo the clown. Manic panic !! This was the first time I have ever highlighted my hair and this experience was horrible. Then she tried to color correct it and added brown to the front. That was it for the night. I came back the next day to have her try to fix my hair and she bleached it and she added brown and she had it darker brown. It was so splotchy at the end I could've went to the store and did it myself. I was supposed to go back in Friday and have her do some copper highlights and all my friends told me don't go back so I went back and got my money back and I had to go somewhere else and have it color corrected and spent triple the amount..She lost three customers as me and my children go see her never again. And the attitude she gave me when she gave me my money back after She saw how good my hair looked after going somewhere else. She didn't even recognize me. Sorry Kelly

ZERO stars based solely on the dishonest and unprofessionalism of Taylor aka "Bobbypins blush and blowouts." We booked Taylor and her wedding "team" over 9 months ago. After several attempts and failed communication, my fiancé and I finally got confirmation for a trial appointment. Not only did I have to arrange to take the day off of work, we were going to drive 2+ hours to get our trial hair and makeup done for our big wedding day. The night before we had not heard a single thing from Taylor. No address. No confirmation. Nothing. So, not wanting to drive 2 hours with gas prices and cost of goods being what they are, we reached out AGAIN only for her to not answer. An hour goes by and we are literally getting in the car to leave and Taylor texts us telling us that she's getting over a cold and needs to reschedule. Not cool. This isn't even the worst part. In this day and age and with Covid and all, people get sick. We get it. The absolute worst part was that she was posting all over Instagram, literally minutes later, how she was at church with her kids. Then at the beach with friends. And so on. Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL! So not only do you cancel as your clients are leaving to drive 2 hours to see you but you then lie about it. Not cool. We decided that it was best to not move forward with Taylor and her services for our wedding. We requested that our deposit be returned, since it was 4 months ago now, and she agreed. She then lied not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES about returning our deposit. We asked for a confirmation because she kept saying "I sent the payment" and she literally ghosted us. So, a bad review is not only due but earned. Taylor, shame on you. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY. Not worth your time, money or effort.

Laura is truly amazing! Before I saw her I had a haircut nightmare and she really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped correct my haircut and showed me how to style it and which products to use!
