I would love to give Erin some credit for doing an AMAZING job on my half purple half black hair! For graduation it looked incredible and I got a lot of compliments from my teachers and family ?? I was actually trying to get her to do my hair recently but she wasn't able to on the day. I actually have a minor complaint about Laura, she was super rude and followed with a "girlfriend" at the end of comments like it would make the situation less awkward. I honestly didn't think she was being rude til I saw the look of the other customer's face as she was talking to me. I would love to thank Erin for my gorgeous half purple half black look! It looked great for my graduation back in 2022. It looked amazing in general, she was also very nice and very cool to talk to about ideas. Erin is definitely someone I recommend if you love someone with a nice vibe and welcoming energy On the other hand, I do have a complaint as to why I only gave 4 stars. I recently tried to get my hair done by a woman named Laura, she looked at my hair for one second and was being extremely rude about it. I am aware that stylist can refuse service but I feel she was being unreasonable (maybe cuz it was a day before a holiday?). She would give me ideas about my hair then immediately take it all back, then she had to end each insult with "girlfriend" and I personally didn't feel comfortable with that. Then I had to hear how long she's been in the business for 45+ years (her experience must be outdated), I don't care, I know people in the business and usually when a customer has damaged hair they usually build the person up with a "lets get your hair healthy with a deep conditioning or treatment and then we can think of lightening it up!" not a rude series of "Im not doing it!". She even had another client sitting by me and I noticed their reaction and yeah Laura wasn't being nice. I also didn't like how my friend was treated, Erin didn't kick my friend out the last time I went but Laura was basically like "ok get out!" Little did she know my friend was paying so we walked out with the money, her loss not any of ours. She's terrible at customer service, she needs to be prompted cuz now I personally don't feel comfortable being around someone that negative and that's my favorite salon Anyway, I actually went to another salon who got my hair feeling healthy instead of wasting my time and making me feel bad about it. I recommend Erin for sure!! She did the purple and black perfectly!

Debbie did my hair and it looks amazing! My hair looked brassy and now it looks wonderful! She gave me great advice too! The products she used are really high end. I highly recommend her.
