I was a first time client at Romantic Nails today and was blown away. The staff was nice, professional and actually helped me a lot by doing both a pedicure and manicure in less than an hour (not a normal request but I needed my nails done before a work trip). The space was bright, clean, well organized and the floor tile was gleaming. You could tell several of their clients were regulars. For my pedicure the massage was awesome and 100% I will return and bring my mom too!
My name is Darlene Sarah and I get mani and pedis twice a month and Ken and Denise always do such good job. I have been to other salons in the past and I find this location to be the best. Kim also great with waxes
Discovered this hidden gem right in my east Ventura neighborhood. Ken is amazing at his work. You can tell it's a craft that he has taken time to understand and perfect. It's not uncommon for him to use myriad of tools in a simple manicure to ensure every part of my finger and nails look perfect. I typically get a pink and white ombré full set and I've never had my nails stay on so long (and I'm a little rough on them lol, I'm not afraid to shy away from some gardening or doing dishes). Always shaped perfectly, Perfect tips, perfect ombré.... Perfect everything. Finally got the opportunity to get a pedicure and they offered to even wax my eyebrows while it was getting done and WOW, everything turned out so perfectly! Thank you Ken & Kim for taking such good care of me. You've got a new client for life!
