I had Harold handle the sale of my mother-in-law's home after she passed away. We had a termite inspection done right away so we knew what we were dealing with along with the plumbing lateral that's required by the city. He also set me up with a hauler that emptied the place including drawers, cabinets and wall hangings. This got done in 2 days and took a huge burden off the family so we could get it sold post haste. He and his team made a complicated process easy and smooth. We got three offers on Monday after the open house, selected one that day and started a 21 day escrow the following day. He and his team were excellent at communicating throughout the process and within 4 weeks we closed the sale. I'm amazed at how fast this all happened.
