Cruz and Quality Plumbing are top notch. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for expert plumbing diagnostics or work. Cruz is great and Dave came out to our home today and not only did expert installation of a gas line but also solved our gas wood burning stove malfunction by diagnosing and fixing the problem. My wife and I are both very thankful and impressed at the manner in which Dave solved our problem professionally and persistently! Today my condo had maintenance and I was a bit frustrated coming home and not knowing(my condos fault, not plumbing) . I went outside and saw a plumbing van where a young gentleman name Richard was attending to his tools. I asked questions regarding the water being stopped and he was so polite and answered any question I had. Not only did he do his job but went above and beyond in his customer service aspect. He was polite, patient, and understanding. He really was so nice and helpful that my frustrations vanished. He even took the extra step to stop what he was doing and let me know my water was ok again and checked my faucets to ensure there was no nasty stuff coming out. Good company, and Richard you're a great man!
