Excellent! Highly recommend Jim / Pro-Line. They will be my first call for electrical issues moving forward. Don't let Pro-Line's small big online presence deter you. I appreciate that Jim talked me through each problem & how he would approach solving it. In my experience, he is a straight shooter and isn't trying to sell you on the most expensive option, but instead on the option that makes the most sense.

Had a residential electrical problem, and Jim was able to come out the same day and fix the problem in under an hour. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable and he investigated and explained several possible causes of the problem. Once he found the problem, he was easily able to fix it. The cost was very reasonable and I would call Jim again for future electrical issues or projects. He is also very personable and I enjoyed our conversation while he was working on the job.
