Today Easter Sunday my Tennant's main drain was blocked I tried drano some tricks etc , but no luck so I called Mr rooter they sent out there guy Andy Pineda he was pleasant , on time & easy to work with. He is top notch & cleared the clog with a smile no complaints .. I would highly recommend Mr rooter & especially Andy Pineda
My tenant called with the problem of a broken shower valve. Mr. Rooter came out right away quoted we negotiated the price a little bit better and they actually got it done the day that it was quoted easy to communicate to my tenant was back and running with his water back on and everything working. very impressed with the customer service and especially in emergency times
Andy with Mr. Rooter repaired an old Grohe kitchen faucet for me. It was no longer under warranty and it was so old Grohe didn’t have parts for it any longer. Andy took the time to research if there were any parts that were comparable found the part needed and fixed the faucet for me. All on the same day I called for service. Amazing.
