Method Lagree, the only workout since training/competing in Track & Field that has successfully made my abs sore! Huge shout out to Kim for teaching outstanding classes everyday for us. Kim's ballet background and feisty attitude makes for the perfect combination of slow, controlled, fun and punishing workout. I absolutely love it! The fact that all fitness levels can workout side-by-side on a machine, in a 6 person class environment and get the exact workout each person needs; is AMAZING!
