This was the second Lagree studio I tried shortly after discovering the method, and wow—what an impression it left on me.

I've been attending classes at Method Lagree for over 4 years with Kim and I couldn't imagine training anywhere else. The results, with consistency, are unbeatable. I always leave with a full body, intense workout. Every muscle group is worked, and my core and back strength have improved significantly since starting classes with Kim. I would absolutely recommend this studio for those seeking impactful Lagree training!

There is simply no substitute for experience! Kim delivers expert Lagree sequences for maximum effectiveness. A stickler for correct form, Kim deliberately keeps class sizes small to best provide for safe practice and optimal results, and she can readily provide modifications for individual clients if needed. Workouts are challenging but the classes are lively, friendly and supportive, and it sure is nice to work out in a studio that is kept spotlessly clean, cool and well–ventilated. Kim genuinely cares about all her clients and strives to ensure that each and every Method Lagree session brings a sense of accomplishment and success.
