Manual is absolutely the best tailor in Ventura. He can repair most anything made of cloth, leather, vinyl (anything that is sewed). He also makes custom suits. Beautiful work on anything he does. And his prices are great! I've been to many tailors over the years, and Manuel is simply the best I've dealt with.
