I purchased a home and immediately had a problem with drainage from the kitchen and laundry area in the garage. Since Jerry Rous had installed a new lateral line during escrow and I had his number in the receipt , I called him out.He took care of the problem in a very short period of time. Reasonable cost. Down to earth good Plumber. He even recommended several other reasonable plumbers to hire to do things that he no longer handles. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plumbing issue.

We had a number of issues and Jerry came quickly and solved them all. With a great price. The main one was a water leak that was costing me $200/mo that I just could not find. Ventura water has this great app that tells you how much water is used every hour. Check it out. 1hcf = 748galwater.cityofventura.net/…Mine was showing 0.03hcf (22 gal) every hour even when we were sleeping. I spent weeks trying to figure it out. Turned off all the toilets. Looked or water everywhere. Nothing. Jerry figured it out. I have a duplex and there are 2 meters. I assumed one meter for each unit. We needed our sewer lateral to be replaced due to collapsing orangeburg pipe in the middle of our front yard and an almost complete break/blockage at the connection to the city main line. Jerry and his team did a complete replacement of the entire sewer lateral so it's brand new and works perfectly. Jerry's experience was incredibly helpful, he provided valuable guidance and assistance throughout the entire process.
