If you're looking for a source of Santa Maria BBQ style Red Oak, look no further. Their wood is excellent, perfectly seasoned and cut, with no monster pieces, gangly knots, or moldy logs. For a small fee, they'll also stove cut the wood for you. To top it off, everyone that works there is very nice. Highly recommend!
