I used Saticoy location of Fence Factory over the years and twice in the past month. Each time I've been extremely happy with the excellent service and good products and prices. Particularly thankful now for the great customer service provided by Alfonso, Armando and Angel, each having demonstrated superior performance and courtesy!!

Fence Factory supplied materials and erected about 60' of fence in my back yard. While there were many of 'handy' folk who said they could perform the job at a lesser price, I am happy with work of Fence Factory. It looks absolutely beautiful and I have no doubt in the integrity using redwood and 8' steel posts. They do take their time preparing, ordering dig alerts, etc. they also delayed my project a few weeks which was inconvenient as we suffered lack of privacy with opposite neighbor (Different story for different day). Because of the consequences of the delay, which I feel was in Fence Factory's control, they lack merit of 5 stars. Return? YesRecommend? Yes, but anticipate delays.

Very helpful and pacient, not only helping the contractor buying bulk but, the happy homeowner that just askied questions and ending up buying a screw. Don't hesitate to do business with them, They are great!
