The team at Fence Factory was amazing. We love our new Fence and Gate. The color and texture of the fence is so much better than traditional white vinyl. When you are dealing with a company you want them to have intengrity, excellent offers, quality work and good attitude. We were not the easiest customers to begin with since we were worried about old plants, trees and vines that have grown together with the old fence. Plus had wires and cables right by the fence line... We messaged Brian Farris, the owner of the company and he was patient and kind and put our minds at ease, giving advice on how to prep for the work. The job was done fast and the new fence looks absolutely beautiful. Later when we had one more question and a concern, Brian made sure it was taken care of within a day. We are really happy with our new fence and satisfied that we went with Fence Factory. Working with Brian was an excellent decision.
Removed and replaced about 110 feet of wood fence with an oversized gate. Brian Farris was great in planning and quoting the job. He had several suggestions on how to save on costs. The crews were on time, professional and easy to work with. I now have a quality new fence, just the way I wanted it.
